Terms of Service

The service
PandaPurge finds money you may be owed, charges you may not want, and risks to your identity, and gives you guidance on what to do. It does this from records you provide, accounts you connect, and public sources. You decide what to act on; PandaPurge does not file claims, cancel services, or move money for you unless a feature says so explicitly and you confirm each action.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for anyone who uses your account.
Accuracy
We work hard to make every figure traceable: items found in email carry the exact line from the receipt and a link to it; prices in savings suggestions come from dated sources; settlement details come from the official notice. Even so, records can be wrong or out of date, and automated reading can make mistakes. Check anything before you act on it, and use "Not right" to tell us when something is off. PandaPurge is not legal, tax or financial advice.
Connections
Gmail and bank connections are read-only and under your control. Connecting means you authorize us to read the data described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes described there. You can disconnect at any time.
Fees
PandaPurge is free during its preview period. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price before you're charged, and you keep 100% of anything you recover; we never take a percentage.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for yourself and your household, with accounts you're authorized to connect. Don't attempt to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party sites
We link to official sites (state unclaimed-property offices, settlement administrators, company cancellation pages). Those sites have their own terms; we don't control them.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, PandaPurge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for money you did not recover because a record was incomplete, a deadline passed, or a third party acted or failed to act. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
